I'm Out of Credits

What to do when you've used up your Ardyn credits.

Updated today
  • Check your current credit balance in Settings or on your Dashboard.

  • Purchase top-up credit packs from the Billing page or credit balance on the Dashboard. If you're not a team owner, you can choose to send a message to request more credits.

  • Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle

  • If you're on the free trial plan, upgrade to get more credits
